Peter E. Brumme

Peter Brumme currently serves as an advisor to several venture capital firms, primarily in go-to-market planning and execution for early- and mid-stage companies seeking to expand their market presence. Previously, Brumme was a co-founder of SilverStream Software, Inc., a producer of Web application development and deployment software, where he served as Executive Vice-President of Sales & Marketing and Chief Operating Officer. SilverStream completed a successful IPO in 1999, and was later acquired by Novell in 2002. Prior to joining SilverStream, Brumme served as Senior Vice-President of Sales & Marketing and Chief Operating Officer of Watermark Software, Inc., a provider of Windows-based imaging and document-management software acquired by FileNet Corporation. Brumme has also held sales, marketing and general management positions at a number of public and privately held companies, including Microcom; Microamerica; ADP Network Services; Bolt, Beranek & Newman; and Bell Laboratories. Brumme is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of MIT in applied mathematics, and also received a Master of Science degree in operations research from Cornell University.


Paul Callahan

Paul Callahan is vice president of business development for Airvana, Inc., a leading supplier of mobile broadband infrastructure. Prior to joining Airvana, he co-founded AutoCell Labs, a cognitive radio software startup with applications for over 100 wireless patents. Prior to AutoCell, Paul managed strategic investments at Nortel Networks, ran mergers and acquisitions for Bay Networks, directed research teams at Forrester Research, and managed technology marketing at Digital Equipment. Paul is co-inventor on numerous patents in optical switching and wireless networking. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts.


Allen Deary

Allen Deary is Founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer for ArrAy Incorporated. Prior to ArrAy, Deary co-founded Peritus Software Services, Inc. in 1991. He served as both CFO and CEO of Peritus and led a highly successful IPO of the company in 1997. Prior to Peritus, he served as Director of Worldwide Product Development at Honeywell-Bull. Deary also worked at Apollo Computer, where he held a number of financial positions including Controller of Customer Support. Deary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northeastern University.


Ido Sarig

Ido Sarig is a Venture Partner with Thomas Weisel Venture Partners focused on enterprise and infrastructure software. Prior to TWVP, Ido was Vice President of technology strategy for Mercury where he was charged with formulating the company's technology roadmap, and searching for and evaluating new technologies and business opportunities for Mercury. Under his leadership and direction, Mercury acquired Kintana, Appilog, Performant and Allerez in 2003 -2004. Sarig joined Mercury in 1990 as a software engineer and moved on to hold various management and executive positions over the past ten years. Past positions at Mercury include posts in the United States, Europe and Israel, including vice president of product marketing for the APM business unit, director of strategic alliances and director of European marketing. As vice president of product marketing for the APM business unit, he successfully launched Topaz, the first APM solution for real-time monitoring of a user's experience on the Web.
