WebLayers Appoints Terry Layo as VP Sales

Experienced Sales Executive Tapped to Capitalize on Rapidly Growing Market

Cambridge, MA, July 31, 2006 – WebLayers, the leading provider of policy-based governance solutions for strategic IT initiatives, today announced that Terry Layo has joined the company as VP Sales. In his new role, Mr. Layo will be responsible for expanding WebLayers Commercial, Government, and International Sales operations.

Mr. Layo has more than 20 years of strategic sales experience in Enterprise Integration (EAI, EII, ETL), Business to Business Integration, and Service Oriented Architecture solutions. In addition, Mr. Layo has an extensive background in building and leading high-performance sales, business development, and field operations teams.

Mr. Layo joins WebLayers after 5 years as the Vice President of North American Operations for publicly traded Attunity, LTD (Nasdaq: ATTU), a leading provider of strategic Enterprise Integration Platforms for real time and on demand data integration. At Attunity, Terry is credited with successfully guiding the largest operation in the company through a significant transition to a leadership position in on demand data access.
